Join Us for "A Community Conversation on Puerto Rico: The Human Toll"
On Tuesday, June 19th, 2018, PBS39 is set to host a "Community Conversation on Puerto Rico: The Human Toll," to discuss the devastation left behind by Hurricane Maria in 2017 and the continued relief efforts needed to support those who fled Puerto Rico and emigrated to the Lehigh Valley.
The public forum will take place at the Luis A. Ramos Elementary School, at 1430 West Allen Street, Allentown PA 18102.
Taping is from 6:00pm - 7:00pm.
Doors open at 5:15pm and close promptly at 5:55pm.
Tickets are free, but required for admission.
The one hour show will air on PBS39 on Wednesday, June 20th at 6:00pm.
PBS39 is also hosting a resource fair in the lobby that includes up to a dozen organizations that provide families with much needed support.
