The Chef's Kitchen will tape new installments of its Healthy Fine Dining Series, sponsored by St. Luke's University Health Network. The series, created to promote SLUHN's new Monroe campus, will feature a series of locally-renowned chefs, each of whom will be paired with a St. Luke's healthcare professional.
Attendees will have the opportunity to sample the dishes created during wine pairing sessions throughout the day.. Each dish will also be featured on the restaurants' menus as part of St. Luke's Healthy Fine Dining Selections.
